Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the Bugi.ai service. By starting to use the bot, you confirm you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, simply do not use the service.

The service is provided to businesses and organizations for tracking expenses and income. It is not intended for consumer use unrelated to business activity.

2. What the service does

Bugi.ai accepts receipt photos and document files from you via Telegram, recognizes the data in them (vendor, date, amount, document number), stores the original files in Google Drive, and writes rows into the Google Sheet you receive when you connect.

The service is not an accounting, tax, or legal service. It does not prepare reports, does not file returns, and does not replace an accountant. Responsibility for the accuracy of your bookkeeping and for reporting to authorities remains with you and your accountant.

3. Recognition and data accuracy

Recognition is automated and can contain errors: a receipt may be crumpled, faded, photographed at an angle, or have glare. Before saving, the bot shows the recognized data, and any field can be corrected.

Checking the data is on you. We do not guarantee 100% recognition accuracy and are not liable for consequences of using incorrectly recognized data if you had the opportunity to review and correct it.

4. Your account

Access to the service is through your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure. All actions taken through your account are considered to be taken by you.

You agree not to upload material that violates the law or third-party rights, and not to attempt to disrupt the service's operation.

5. Pricing and payment

The first 15 documents are processed free of charge, with no card required. Further use requires a subscription.

• Monthly — €3.99 per month
• Yearly — €39 per year

The plan includes up to 150 documents a month. Prices are shown excluding turnover tax where applicable; the final amount is shown at checkout.

Payment is accepted via Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — the payment provider handles them.

The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Your data and files

Documents you upload and the data extracted from them remain yours. The Google Sheet and file folder belong to you, and you keep access to them even after the subscription ends — the service simply stops adding new entries.

7. Service availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party systems — Telegram, Google, the payment provider — and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages on their end.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, tax penalties, or other losses arising from use of the service.

Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms, notifying you where circumstances allow.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. We will announce material changes in advance through the bot. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, in the court of the service provider's location.
