Refunds and Cancellation
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Short version. The first 15 documents are free — try the service before paying. You can cancel your subscription any time. If something went wrong on our end, we'll refund you.
1. Free first
We deliberately let you process 15 documents without payment and without a card. That's enough to see if the service fits: you'll see both the recognition quality and the report sheet. It only makes sense to pay after that.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time — email bugiaiinfo@gmail.com or message the bot directly, @BugiAiBot.
After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charge is made. Your sheet, file folder, and all accumulated data stay with you — they live in your own Google account, and we don't delete them.
3. When we give a refund
We'll refund the payment in full in the following cases:
- The service never worked. You paid, but setup failed due to our fault.
- Extended outage. The service was unavailable, due to us, for a significant part of the paid period.
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. You were charged twice, or after cancelling.
- Request within 14 days. If you paid and, within 14 days, decide the service isn't for you — we'll refund without asking why.
4. When we don't refund
- The period was already used and the service was provided and used by you.
- The issue was with a third-party service, not us: Telegram or Google being unavailable.
- A document was misrecognized but you had the chance to correct it before saving — that's normal operation, not a failure.
- Access was suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
For a yearly subscription cancelled mid-term, we'll consider a partial refund for unused full months on request.
5. How to request a refund
Email bugiaiinfo@gmail.com from the address used for payment, with a brief description of what happened. We respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Money usually arrives on your card within 5–10 business days — the timing depends on your bank, not us.
6. If you disagree with a decision
Write to us again — most disputes get resolved through correspondence. If we can't reach an agreement, you're entitled to contact the supervisory authority in your location.
